You will receive an order confirmation email with a Tracking Number: a code that allows you to follow the steps of your order in real time on the DHL courier’s website.

Can I change my order before it has been shipped?

You can modify your order before it has been processed by our warehouse. If you changed your mind, we advise you to contact immediately our Customer Care Service, which will verify the status of your order and work on your request.
